Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to digital products, educational materials, calculators, simulations, and downloadable or web-based content offered under the Biological 401K™ brand (collectively, “Digital Products”), provided by Anil Bajnath, MD, Anil Bajnath MD, P.C., Institute for Human Optimization, and Longevity Holdings LLC (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once access to a Digital Product is granted, delivered, or unlocked, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. No Medical Services or Consultations

Biological 401K™ does not include medical consultations, physician services, diagnoses, treatments, or individualized medical advice. Purchase or use of Digital Products does not establish a physician–patient relationship.

3. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

All Digital Products are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. Any outputs, projections, calculators, estimates, or simulations are hypothetical in nature and should not be interpreted as medical, financial, or health advice.

4. Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased Digital Products, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. Our sole obligation is to restore access or provide technical support — not to issue a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for Digital Products delivered or made accessible in accordance with this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to Digital Products and may be contested with supporting documentation.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion in rare cases involving duplicate transactions or verified billing errors. No other exceptions are implied or guaranteed.

7. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or accessing Biological 401K™ Digital Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
